We believe that the answer is in the organization.
Our job is to help create the conditions -- the time, space, and interactions -- to generate answers that could only have come from the shared work of the group.
Meetings are the locus of our work. Those meetings can range from information exchanges to co-operative action planning to collaborative work efforts to transformative dialogues.
